Cock Tales is tucked away in a peaceful area of North Litchfield Beach, just a short stroll to the beach and the Waccamaw Trace community pool. This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests, including use of the queen sleeper sofa in the second living room. The master bedroom on the first floor offers a king-size bed and a full bathroom. The family-friendly kitchen opens to a screened-in porch and deck, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Upstairs, there are 3 additional bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the kids' room is furnished with a pyramid bunk and trundle. The back of the house is situated near a charming creek, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, there's a convenient outdoor shower.

Please note: The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not usable.
