Just a hop and a skip to the beach - 2 minute walk. Litchfield Retreat's amenities include a community pool and grilling area. This condo has been updated. Plenty of space in this two story unit with kitchen, dining, living area and a half bath on the main floor. Keurig and regular coffee pot. Two bedrooms with private baths are on the floor below. Downstairs the master has a king and the other bedroom has a twin and a double. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa upstairs. Keurig and regular coffee maker, crock pot. Halo in-duct air purification system installed air conditioner. Coin operated washer/dryer facilities are by the elevator on each floor. Note: boats, motorcycles (even in trailers) and recreational vehicles are not allowed.
