The gourmet kitchen is designed for both function and style, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a center island, a breakfast bar, a 5-burner gas cooktop, dual ovens, a warming drawer, 2 microwaves, and 2 dishwashers, making it ideal for cooking and entertaining.

A separate den on the second level offers additional space to unwind. Other highlights include an elevator (available with a signed release), washer and dryer, outdoor brick fireplace with a seating area, outdoor showers, fenced yard, and a basketball goal. For added entertainment, the second level has a pool table and the ground level features a ping pong table. This beach home has everything you need for the perfect coastal getaway!
