Emerald Green 6
The Emerald Greens is a community of 16 condo units located on the golf course at the River Club, which is a gated community. The River Club has it's own community pool and clubhouse. All units enjoy access to the Litchfield by the Sea resort, including the oceanfront clubhouse, private beach parking, tennis courts, walking paths, crabbing dock and fishing pier.
Living Dining Room Combo with ceiling fan. Master Bedroom has a Ceiling Fan. Kitchen has Keurig Coffee and regular coffee maker. Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Refrigerator, Range, Oven, Freezer, Microwave and Pantry, Also has a Carolina Room with an exit to a small area with a charcoal grill.
POOL CLOSED OFF SEASON
All bedrooms are upstairs and the washer and dryer are upstairs.
