Welcome to Eagle's Nest! This raised beach house with a private pool is quietly nestled in the North Litchfield Beach community, just a short stroll to the beach. With its open floor plan and vaulted ceiling, the property seamlessly connects living, dining and kitchen areas to create a spacious yet cozy atmosphere. Visitors are greeted with an expansive light-filled sunroom furnished with comfortable, relaxed seating and dining areas. The living room boasts a plush sectional sofa, wide format TV and working fireplace, while each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and flat-screen television. Both full bathrooms feature walk-in showers. Additional amenities include: Breville espresso machine, paved 2 car garage, backyard deck, outdoor enclosed shower, gas grill, bicycles, surfboards and beach chairs.

Pool/Hot Tub can be heated April, May, Sept, Oct ONLY. $700/wk. Hot tub only $350/wk
