On this level you find four bedrooms with private bathrooms (two are brand new) as well as a smaller bedroom perfect for small children or an office. A brand new staircase leads to the lower level family room with gaming tables for family fun, two more bedrooms and 1 more bathroom. Enjoy the easy access to a new patio with gas and charcoal grills as well as a private backyard and pool.
